“ Due to Covid and we are not allowed to travel, I find myself shopping in different cultures supermarkets. I truly love the fresh fruits and vegetable section, the spices and all the dried lagoons. The bakery is so vibrant, with its bright color cakes. They play Indian music thru out the store. I have tried some of the teas from India, The masala chia is fabulous, and I also have tried lemon ginger tea is also a favorite. ”
“ This Farmers Market has been in my area for a while. They have good prices on most of their items. Vegetables are fresh, a wide variety of spices and this is now our go to place for milk; $2.99/Gallon. There is usually never a long line since it seems to be staffed well. You can go, purchase a few items and be in and out in a quickly. I will be returning to explore more of what Maharaja Farmers Market is all about since they have seem to have a lot to offer. ”

“ This is now called Maharaja ( fitting as it means Emperor or King of Kings) Farmers Market and the new owner and his team have indeed created a Farmers Market atmosphere and vibe here. The previous owner was a rude individual. It was a matter of time! Love the variety, freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables here. Love that they are open 24 hours. Love the great staff - all of them from the super friendly stock clerks who go the extra mile, not just give you directions and send you hunting; Love the sweet cashiers who are just amazing and speak Punjabi. Love the cleanliness. Love the lighting. Love the organization. Love that the owner jokes around with his team and they smile all the time. This does matter! Anna has a review for Maharaja where she feels that this is second to Patel Brothers. My experience and humble two cents re Patel Brothers be it in Hicksville NY or Sunrise Fl or here off 355 in Rockville Md is that the stores are cold, as in the atmosphere and just like the staff. A lot of these stores carry the same stuff, same brands and take turns with the discounts. What makes it for me and separates and distances Maharaja from the pack is the service and the natural and nice vibe. Hey, you feel like a Maharaja or Maharani ( for me Lady) when you shop at Maharaja! ”
